Bob Seger To Receive Songwriters Hall Of Fame Honor
Veteran rocker Bob Seger is set to be inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame this summer.
The Grammy-winning star will join folk songwriter Gordon Lightfoot, country lyricist Don Schlitz and Meatloaf's Bat Out of Hell composer Jim Steinman in the class of 2012, while men behind
The Fantasticks musical, Harvey Schmidt and Tom Jones, will also be honored.
The stars will be inducted into the Hall of Fame during a special ceremony in New York on June 14th.
Last year's honorees included Garth Brooks, Leon Russell and Allen Toussaint.
