Singer-turned-reality star Aubrey O'Day is facing legal action over allegations she used unauthorized music on her cable show without permission.
 
O'Day is being sued over a segment in her Oxygen reality show All About Aubrey, in which she sings on a track produced by Adonis Shropshire.
 
According to a lawsuit filed by a music company, the star had no right to use the tune as it was destined for another singer and Shropshire was not given permission to pass it on, according to TMZ.com.
 
Aubrey, Shropshire and bosses at the network are being sued for unspecified damages.
