Madonna Extends Her Top 10 Chart Record
Madonna has extended her record run of top 10 hits in the U.S. thanks to the success of the new track she debuted onstage at the Super Bowl half-time show.
"Give Me All Your Luvin'", which features rappers M.I.A. and Nicki Minaj, has entered the Billboard Hot 100 top 10 - the 38th time the pop superstar has found herself there.
She now has four more top 10 hits under her belt than the Beatles - and 10 more than Michael Jackson and Stevie Wonder.
Meanwhile, it's a great week for the girls in the countdown - Kelly Clarkson's "Stronger" scores a second week at number one, Adele stays put at two with her former chart-topper "Set Fire to the Rain" and Janelle Monae's "We Are Young" jumps up 38 spots to number three.
The late Whitney Houston returns to the top 10 - her signature hit "I Will Always Love You" is the countdown's highest new entry at seven.
The late superstar's 1980s number ones "I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me)" and "Greatest Love of All" also re-enter the chart - at 35 and 41 respectively.
