Playboy Playmate Claire Sinclair has won a restraining order against Hugh Hefner's son Marston after he allegedly attacked her during a fight on Sunday.
 
Cops arrested Marston Hefner at the home he shares with Sinclair, his girlfriend, in Pasadena, California, after one of her relatives alerted them to an alleged bust-up.
 
According to TMZ.com, police officers witnessed visible injuries on model Sinclair and arrested Marston for misdemeanour domestic violence. He was booked and later released on $20,000 bail.
 
On Monday, the model obtained an emergency restraining order against Hefner, which prevents him from coming into contact with her for three days.
