Nicolas Cage "couldn't speak" properly for several days after bashing his head when a film stunt went wrong.
 
The star has always enjoyed completing his own high-action scenes, but he was left regretting one recently when a co-star got a little heavy-handed.
 
He tells Britain's The Sun, "I had two concussions in six months, working stunts on two movies. Thankfully I'm OK but one of them was ridiculous and should never have happened.The actor was really in his moment and grabbed my head and smashed it on the marble floor. I couldn't speak right for a couple of days."
