Pam Anderson & Las Vegas Realtor Settle Lawsuit
Pamela Anderson has settled her legal spat with a big time Las Vegas realtor after he sued her for failing to honor an alleged agreement to help him promote a condominium development.
Real estate mogul Laurence Hallier sued the actress for $22.5 million last year, claiming she agreed to help him sell homes in the exclusive Panorama Towers - and then failed to show for promotional appearances.
Anderson countersued Hallier, alleging he had promised to give her a free condo in exchange for her services, but refused as a result of her alleged breach of agreement.
But, according to TMZ.com, the matter has been settled out of court. The terms of the agreement are confidential.
