Check Out 'Paranormal Activity 3' On Blu-ray & DVD Jan. 24
The "Paranormal Activity" franchise continues with a third outing from Paramount Pictures. Oren Peli and Jason Blum return to produce the highly secretive feature, with "Catfish's" directing duo of Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman taking on the helming duties.
The film centers on the "origin" of the first film's phenomena. Viewers discover that the diabolical entity that plagued sisters Katie and Kristi has been after the girls since their adolescent years in the late '80s.
The Blu-ray/DVD combo pack includes both the theatrical version of the film and an unrated version with footage not seen in theaters, as well as "Lost Tapes" that reveal more footage not seen in the film.
The film grossed a staggering $54 million in its opening weekend last October.
