Heather Locklear And Jack Wagner Ordered 'To Meet With Prosecutors'
Heather Locklear and her former fiancé Jack Wagner have been ordered to meet with prosecutors to discuss an alleged bust-up between the pair in December, according to a report.
Cops are said to have been called to Wagner's home in Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley last month to investigate reports of a disturbance, just weeks after the former couple ended the engagement.
Neither side wanted to press charges, but the case was handed to the L.A. City Attorney for review, according to TMZ.com, and both Locklear and Wagner have been asked to attend an informal meeting with prosecutors, who will decide if any charges will be brought.
The meeting will reportedly take place before the end of the month.
