'Sherlock Holmes' Reigns At Box Office
Mystery movie "Sherlock Holmes: A Game Of Shadows" has been crowned king of the box office after raking in $40 million at the weekend.
The Jude Law and Robert Downey, Jr. detective film premiered at the top spot, ahead of animated family film "Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked" at two with takings of $23.5 million and Tom Cruise's highly-anticipated "Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol," which debuted at three with earnings of $13 million.
Former number one New Year's Eve fell to number four ($7.4 million), while Jonah Hill's comedy "The Sitter" dropped three slots to number five ($4.4 million).
