Lindsay Lohan's estranged father Michael has had his heart surgery rescheduled for Monday after suffering complications ahead of his original operation on Friday.
 
Michael Lohan was hospitalized on Thursday night with high blood pressure and blood clots and he was set to go under the knife on Friday to be fitted with a stent in his heart.
 
But in pre-surgery tests, medics discovered additional blood clots in one of his lungs and prescribed him with medication to solve the problem.
 
Lohan, who is said to be having trouble breathing, will now undergo the operation on Monday, according to TMZ.com.
 
He last underwent heart surgery in February.
