Janet Jackson is launching her own line of furs.

The Rhythm Nation singer has teamed up with fur firm Blackglama to create the luxury mink collection, which features 15 items ranging from coats to gloves.
 
She says, "The art of fashion is one of my great passions. I've worked for years to bring a collection into the world. Partnering with Blackglama is very exciting."
 
The Janet Jackson Blackglama Collection is due to be released in high-end retailers later this month.
 
Jackson came under fire from animal-rights campaigners last year after she modeled mink items in an ad campaign for the brand.
