Rooney Mara's romance with budding director Charles McDowell is getting serious - the couple has moved in to a $2 million mansion in the Hollywood Hills.
 
The 26-year-old star of the highly-anticipated thriller "The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo" has been dating the filmmaker, the son of "A Clockwork Orange" veteran Malcolm McDowell, since early 2010 and they are now taking their relationship to the next level by renting out a luxury house in Los Feliz to set up home.
 
Charles McDowell, 28, is Malcolm's son with second wife Mary Steenburgen. The Oscar-winning actress is now married to Ted Danson.
