A new video featuring Britney Spears writhing around in lingerie with spooky masked dancers to Marilyn Manson's 1996 cover of the Eurythmics' "Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)" leaked online Tuesday.

The story behind the promo is that it was originally played between performances on her 2009 "Circus" tour during one of the "Toxic" singer's costume changes; and since then, Britney fans have pushed for the full video to be released. Manson doesn't appear in the video at all.

Miss Britney's "Femme Fatale" tour? Don't worry, the singer, who's currently on tour in Europe, will release "Britney Spears Live: The Femme Fatale Tour" on Blu-ray and DVD on Monday, November 21st.
