Actor Ryan Rottman has been sentenced to three years probation after accepting a plea deal relating to a DUI arrest in July.

The actor was stopped by officers who allegedly witnessed his car jump a curb following a night out in Hollywood.

The Gigantic star's blood alcohol level was reportedly more than twice the legal limit, but in August he pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence.

And on Thursday Rottman accepted a plea deal and was charged with misdemeanor reckless driving, according to TMZ.com.

As part of the deal, the actor's DUI charges were thrown out but he has been ordered to enroll in a safe driver's course and pay a $390 fine.
