TV personality Ellen DeGeneres and her actress wife Portia De Rossi are opening a vegan restaurant in Los Angeles.
 
The health conscious vegan couple will launch the eatery with fellow celebrity investors singer Chrissie Hynde and "The Hangover II" producer Steve Bing, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
 
The posh restaurant, located in San Fernando Valley, will feature a menu by celebrity chef Tal Ronnen and an interior designed by Waldo Fernandez, who has decorated homes for clients such as Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, and Tobey Maguire.
 
This isn't DeGeneres' first foray into the culinary arts - in August she created the diet advice webpage Going Vegan with Ellen, which includes recipes and resources to help readers adopt an animal-free diet.
