Melissa Joan Hart is facing a lawsuit from her former manager who alleges she owes him commission payments.

Kieran Maguire filed papers at Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday claiming he entered into a verbal agreement with the star for his management services in 2006, following the end of her series Sabrina The Teenage Witch.

The talent agent claims he negotiated a number of lucrative jobs for Hart, including a slot on Dancing With The Stars and her latest TV show Melissa & Joey.

Maguire insists he was paid his rightful commissions for the first series of Melissa & Joey, but alleges he was fired in March without warning and is owed payment for the rest of her time on the show, according to Deadline.com.

The lawsuit is seeking commission for all Hart's appearances on Melissa & Joey.
