Rick Ross Has Second Seizure; His Plane Forced To Make Emergency Landing
Rapper Rick Ross has suffered a second seizure en route to a concert in Memphis, Tennessee.
The heavyweight star assured fans he was OK after falling ill on a flight that departed from a Fort Lauderdale, Florida airport on Friday morning.
Ross passed out onboard, prompting the pilot to circle back and make an emergency landing in Florida and seek medical help.
Paramedics performed CPR on Ross and he was taken to a nearby hospital after gaining consciousness.
Hours later he was back on his private plane, from where he filmed a video message to fans assuring them the Memphis gig that night was still on. But TMZ.com has learned Ross suffered another seizure and the jet pilot was forced to make a second emergency landing in Alabama on Friday evening.
At press time, Ross was reportedly in a Birmingham hospital emergency room.
