Michael C. Hall joined fellow cancer survivors at a charity walk in Los Angeles on Sunday.

The Dexter star was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma in 2009 and a year later went into remission and completed his final chemotherapy session to make a full recovery.

And now Hall has shown his support for the cancer community by showing up at UCLA's Drake Stadium to participate in the On Track for a Cure walk-a-thon to raise money in a bid to help researchers find a cure.

The actor later addressed the crowd and looked on as patients, family members and care givers gathered to hear speeches from prominent researchers in the field.
