Country music singer Sara Evans has been granted another restraining order against her ex-husband after he slammed the star during a TV interview.

Last year, Evans was granted a protective ban against Craig Schelske, the father of her three children, preventing him from speaking out about their bitter split.

However, Schelske appeared on Anderson Cooper's daily chat show last month and claimed he lost custody of his kids because Evans' alleged he was a love cheat.

A day after the interview, on September 21st, Evans returned to court to file for a new order to stop her ex-husband making any further statements on their divorce. A judge agreed and signed the order the same day.

As part of their split settlement, the pair signed a confidentiality agreement banning them from talking about their marriage and subsequent custody battle.
