Paul McCartney joined Salma Hayek and British fashion icon Twiggy at his daughter Stella's Paris Fashion Show launch on Monday.

The former Beatle was spotted in the front row for the designer's Spring/Summer 2012 ready-to-wear collection.

McCartney's fiancee Nancy Shevell sat next to him.

The proud dad told reporters backstage he enjoyed the show and thought his daughter's new line was "very beautiful".

But he stopped short of confirming Stella would be designing Shevell's wedding gown, adding simply, "Well, she (Stella) makes 'em."
