Jason Derulo has dismissed reports he's dating Jordin Sparks, insisting he's "just friends" with the singer.

The No Air hit-maker attended the R&B star's belated 22nd birthday party in Hollywood on Sunday and insiders claimed the pair went public with their affections for one another.

However, the Whatcha Say hit-maker insists his relationship with Sparks is purely platonic.
 
He tells CBSNews.com, "We're just friends. Jordin Sparks is an absolute sweetheart. She's a very nice girl. We've been friends for a while now."
