Sharon Stone has won a restraining order against a man who was arrested outside her Hollywood Hills home last month after turning up uninvited and trying to convince the actress he was the father of one of her adopted sons. 

Phillip Barnes also claimed he had killed Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden and wrote to Stone urging her not to date anyone. 

According to legal documents, obtained by TMZ.com, Stone alleges Barnes is mentally ill and possibly a delusional schizophrenic. 

He has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from the movie star and her kids.
