Embattled rapper DMX was arrested on Wednesday - just one month after he walked free from prison for a probation violation.
The hip-hop star, real name Earl Simmons, was released from an Arizona state prison on July 19 after serving seven months behind bars for violating the terms of his probation following an arrest last November.
However, DMX's legal woes continued this week when he was pulled over by authorities for allegedly speeding, according to TMZ.com.
The rapper was found to be driving on a suspended license and was then booked on that charge as well as for speeding and reckless driving.
He has since been released.
