Andrea Bocelli Serenades Ferry Passengers In Manhattan
Opera star Andrea Bocelli serenaded ferry passengers with an impromptu performance last week as he rode the waves around Manhattan during a photoshoot.
The blind tenor joined locals on an East River boat on Thursday as he posed for promotional shots in front of the world-famous Manhattan skyline.
And he decided to treat fellow passengers to a little preview of his upcoming concert in the city by belting out a series of songs and playing the flute while onboard, according to the New York Post.
Bocelli will team up with the New York Philharmonic for a free show in the city's Central Park on September 15.
