Alec Baldwin is selling off his luxury New York apartment with views of the city's famed Central Park so he can be closer to his new girlfriend.
 
The star has lived in the posh Upper West Side area for years, but he placed his pad on the market on Monday with a listing price of $9.5 million.
 
Baldwin, 53, was first linked to yoga teacher Hilaria Thomas, 28, in May and he's reportedly keen to spend more time with his new love by relocating near to her yoga studio in downtown Manhattan.
 
According to the New York Post's Page Six column, Baldwin, who was previously married to Kim Basinger, is close to securing a new home in the trendy SoHo district.
