Actor Ryan Rottman has been charged with two misdemeanors stemming from his arrest for driving under the influence earlier this month.

The Gigantic star was driving through Hollywood when officers stopped his vehicle after witnessing the car jump a kerb.

After undergoing a field sobriety test at the scene, Rottman was taken into custody before being released a few hours later.

Now the star, who is dating Nickelodeon's Victoria Justice, has been charged and is due to be arraigned on Friday, reports TMZ.com.
