Reality TV star Tori Spelling regrets getting a boob job during her youth because she had no idea the procedure would affect her ability to breastfeed her children.

The former Beverly Hills, 90210 actress, who is currently pregnant with her third child, had a breast augmentation in her early 20s to boost her sex appeal as an actress.

However, Spelling wishes she had thought about undergoing the cosmetic surgery more carefully because the implants have had a negative impact on her role as a mom.

During an appearance on Good Morning America on Wednesday, she said, "Well I got my boobs done... in my early 20s. If I had known that it would or could possibly impact production of (breast) milk, I wouldn't have had them.

"I love being a mom. I'm on my third baby. We want to have more. Like, that's my role. These (big breasts) don't matter."
