Rapper Waka Flocka Flame spent a night in jail over the weekend after he was arrested for drug possession.
 
The hip-hop star, real name Juaquin Malphurs, was taken into custody on Saturday after cops found marijuana on his person during a trip to a shopping mall in Queens, New York.
 
Waka Flocka insists he was unfairly targeted by police because he's a rapper - but claims he was let off without charge.
 
In a post on Twitter on Sunday, he wrote, "I had spend a nite (sic) n (in) jail with no charge #onlybecauseirap. Can't no 1 (sic) stop with (sic) GOD got planned 4me no (sic) that."
 
The rapper is no stranger to the law - he's faced counts for drug and firearm possession following a raid on his Georgia home last year, but the charges were subsequently dismissed.
