Gucci Mane's Jail Release Delayed
Embattled rapper Gucci Mane has to wait a little longer before he walks free from jail due to "procedural hold-ups."
The troubled hip-hop star, real name Radric Davis, was detained in April after allegedly violating the terms of his probation stemming from a 2005 assault conviction.
Mane, who has been serving time behind bars in Georgia since his arrest, was due to be freed on Tuesday, but his release has been unexpectedly delayed.
His lawyer, Ashutosh Joshi, tells MTV.com, "He is scheduled to be released from Fulton County Jail. However, there are some procedural hold-ups."
