Much-maligned rapper Vanilla Ice has launched a new website, offering property-buying tips.

The "Ice Ice Baby" became a successful real estate businessman after his hip-hop career ended 15 years ago - and he has become somewhat of an expert in buying and selling homes.

Now he's hoping to offer others the benefit of his knowledge and techniques through his new website VanillaIceRealEstate.com.

He tells AllHipHop.com, "When 'Ice Ice Baby' was selling a million records a day, I bought several properties; a home next to Michael J. Fox in L.A., a palace in Miami, and a mountain cabin in Utah.

"Then, a few years later, I took a break from touring, saw that my properties had cobwebs, so I sold them, and, to my surprise, I made a huge profit!"

His real estate expertise has already landed him a reality TV show, The Vanilla Ice Project, in which he renovates homes in Florida.

He adds, "I've been flooded with requests from viewers of my show to teach them how to succeed at real estate."
