Sandra Bullock's ex-husband Jesse James has put to rest rumors of a split from Kat Von D by setting a wedding date with the celebrity tattoo artist.

A report published in Life & Style magazine recently suggested the couple, who started dating less than two months after James and Bullock divorced last year, had called off their engagement.

But James is adamant the relationship is on track, telling People.com, "(The split rumors are) absolutely not true. We're still going strong. Things are completely good with us."

Von D adds, "That's the furthest thing from the truth."

And the West Coast Choppers boss can't wait to marry Von D: "That day can't come soon enough! Everything is on track. I am absolutely more in love today than I was a year ago. She's the one for me."

James and Von D are planning a summer ceremony on the one-year anniversary of when they began their romance.
