Ferris Bueller's Day OffLife moves pretty fast.  In fact, it's been 25 years since writer/director John Hughes unleashed Ferris Bueller on the world…and we've been laughing ever since.

On August 2, Paramount Home Entertainment will celebrate the 25th anniversary of the venerated classic Ferris Bueller's Day Off with a Blu-ray and DVD featuring commemorative packaging that sports a new graphic outline of Ferris' adventures through Chicago including visits to Wrigley Field, the Art Institute of Chicago, and a fabulous parade through downtown.

The discs additionally feature previously released, in-depth bonus material that takes viewers behind-the-scenes to learn about the making of the enduringly popular film.

Matthew Broderick stars as a delightfully charming high school student who, with his girlfriend Sloane (Mia Sara) and best bud Cameron (Alan Ruck), ditches school to enjoy one perfect day as a kid with no responsibilities. The seminal comedy about Ferris' wild adventures in the Windy City during a single, glorious day off continues to be enjoyed, quoted and revered 25 years after its theatrical debut.

The "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" Blu-ray and DVD include the behind-the-scenes featurettes "Getting the Class Together - The Cast of Ferris Bueller's Day Off", "The Making of Ferris Bueller's Day Off", "Who is Ferris Bueller?", "The World According to Ben Stein" and "Vintage Ferris Bueller: The Lost Tapes" as well as a Class Album.
