An unnamed plaintiff has stepped forward and sued "an A-list celebrity of substantial fame internationally," after the actor infected him or her with herpes. The actor had earlier claimed he was STD free. 

TMZ.com broke news of the suit, which claims the plaintiff and defendant engaged in "mutual oral copulation, mutual self-gratification, rubbing and massaging each other, play-wrestling, licking and (unprotected) intercourse."

The plaintiff has not been identified as male or female, but is demanding more than $20 million in damages.

However, the story gets worse. Apparently this celebrity filmed the sex acts and could be shopping the videos around to the highest bidders. Several websites had offered over $1 million for the footage without even seeing it.

So who is the nasty celeb spreading the virus? It's known that the defendant is 1. male 2. "internationally famous" and 3. worth over $100 million. Either the plaintiff is inflating the actor's net worth for more damages, or one of Hollywood's largest stars is being sued.
