Haylie and Hilary Duff spent their Good Friday at the Los Angeles Mission serving Easter dinner to the homeless.
The sibling stars joined other celebs the likes of Zoe Saldana, Donal Logue, Leeza Gibbons Jayde Nicole and Gilles Marini and roughly 400 other volunteers to serve the holiday dinner to the less fortunate.
Before the event Hilary Tweeted her excitement: "Now heading to Los Angeles mission to feed people for Easter and hand out candy baskets to the kidos with @hayliek!!"
"We want to give them a nice, warm meal to start off," head chef Dave Thomas told Los Angeles' KABC TV. Thomas and his staff of volunteers prepared a ton-and-a-half of ham, 90 gallons of glaze for macaroni and cheese and lots of different vegetables.
Over 1000 Easter baskets were given out to the kids by the Easter Bunny; and Etnies footwear also gave out 2,000 new pairs of shoes to the homeless at the event.
