Carrie Underwood Performs For Husband's Hockey Team
Carrie Underwood thrilled her new husband and his Nashville Predators teammates on Wednesday night when she performed during their Stanley Cup playoff ice hockey clash with the Anaheim Ducks.
The singer took to the ice with Vince Gill for a rendition of "Cowboy Casanova," but the appearance didn't bring the home team much luck - they lost 6-3 to the Ducks, who tied up the series 2-2.
Underwood's husband Mike Fisher was recently traded to her local team from the Ottawa Senators.
Nashville bounced back Friday night, beating the Ducks 4-3 in overtime to give them a 3-2 series edge. The Predators can close out the series at home on Sunday (6pm) with a win. If they lose they'll head back to Anaheim for the final game in the best-of-seven series.
