She's whipped her hair back and forth for Justin Bieber and even sat on Lady Gaga's lap.

Willow Smith just hit Oprah's stage to debut her new single, "21st Century Girl." And of course she also sang her hit song "Whip My Hair."

The 10 year old talked about the meaning of her popular song.  "Whipping you hair is the new 'I am me.' I don't know what you're doing, but I am me...just being yourself and not caring what other people say about you.
