Lindsay Lohan Embroiled In Spray-Tan Lawsuit
Lindsay Lohan's legal woes continue to mount - she has been hit with a lawsuit over an alleged unpaid tanning bill.
Tanning Vegas owner Lorit Simon claims she spray-tanned the troubled actress from 2007 to 2009, but has not yet been paid for her services.
Simon is demanding Lohan settle the $41,031 debt, as well as pay for her legal fees and interest, according to a lawsuit filed in Nevada last week and obtained by TMZ.com.
It's not the first time Simon has gone head-to-head with her former client - she sued the Mean Girls star in 2009, accusing her of stealing the formula for her tanning spray and selling it under her Sevin Nyne label.
News of Lohan's spray tan lawsuit comes at a bad time for the 24 year old - she will be charged with one count of felony grand theft on suspicion of stealing a designer necklace from a Venice, California boutique on Wednesday.
