Kelsey Grammer's February marriage plans have taken a hit - a judge has continued his divorce battle with estranged wife Camille.
The former Frasier star's lawyer asked a judge to officially end his fourth marriage during a court hearing on Wednesday, so he could press ahead with plans to wed fiancee Kayte Walsh in February.
Reality TV star Camille opposed the bid, urging the judge to deny the actor's request to dissolve their legal marital status while they continued to fight over finances.
Her lawyer, Neal Hersh, argued the actor had not met all of his wife's conditions to land the quickie divorce, because he refused to put up a $10 million bond to ensure both sides remain open and honest as they negotiate a split settlement - the only outstanding request.
Camille wants Grammer to post the bond to protect her rights to his pension, which is estimated at between $5 million and $10 million, in case Walsh attempts to claim all proceeds for herself in the event of the actor's death.
The judge decided to carry the matter over until their next hearing on February 7, reports TMZ.com.
