Megan Fox shows her sexy curves & interesting ink in a new ad campaign for Armani Jeans - laying on an old bench in a pair of jeans, and in a sexy bra and panties for the Emporio Armani Underwear line (see that pic here).

The ex-Transformers star has been the face of the two fashion lines since November 2009. Her first shoot for the company was for its spring/summer 2010 line; and the new shots will be a part of the spring/summer 2011 fashion campaign, which begins hitting billboards in February.

Megan was also named the face of Giorgio Armani Beauty last fall, chosen by the man at the top himself.

"[Megan] embodies the spirit of the women of today: free, confident and seductive. Her beautiful features reveal femininity, sensuality and strength," Giorgio says.

Fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott shot the photos.

Megan showed up at this year's Golden Globes Awards in a blush pink Giorgio Armani Prive gown (pics here).
