RomeoMaster P's iconic hip-hop label No Limit Records is set to be relaunched more than two decades after it was established - under the guidance of the rap legend's 21-year-old son Romeo.

The rap veteran founded No Limit Records in 1990 and enjoyed success with a number of gangster rap releases, including albums by Master P and his brothers C-Murder and Silkk the Shocker.

But the label fell into financial difficulty and executives filed for bankruptcy in 2003.

However, it has since been reborn as No Limit Records Forever, an all-digital label, and is continuing as a family business with the star's rapper/actor son, Romeo Miller, in charge as president.

Miller's brother Valentino will serve as vice president, while Silkk The Shocker has been named chief operating officer.

And the young Miller, who himself is signed to the label, is confident he can take No Limit Records Forever to new heights.

He tells, "I can relate to the new era of this music business. I have a lot of on-hands experience working with one of the greatest music company execs ever, my father. He (Master P) taught me the marketing of this business."
