For a while all the celebs were wearing the Herve Leger by Max Azria bandage dress in various colors and amalgamations.  Now it's the cut-out dress, which we are seeing more and more often on the red carpet.

The dresses feature a strategic spot of skin, often flashed on the hip or stomach.

Christina Milian (above) wore a black one to the 5th Anniversary of Tao Las Vegas Nightclub in Las Vegas last week.  Also at the event was "Dancing With The Stars" star Karina Smirnoff, wearing a black and white cut-out ensemble.
