Police were called to Katherine Heigl's house on Monday night after a neighbor complained about the level of noise coming from the property.

The "Knocked Up" actress and her husband Josh Kelley were reportedly enjoying a dip in their hot tub when a local resident began screaming obscenities at them, urging them to keep the noise down.

Heigl's security guard called the police and officers arrived to investigate the incident, reports TMZ.com.

The cops spoke with Heigl and Kelley, who claimed the same neighbor had been complaining about noise from other homes in the area.

No arrests were made or citations handed out.
