A representative for Heather Locklear has dismissed reports the actress is set to wed boyfriend Jack Wagner.
 
Recent rumors suggested Wagner had cemented the couple's three-year relationship by asking Locklear to marry him during a party marking her 49th birthday on September 25th.
 
However, the former Melrose Place star isn't planning to walk down the aisle anytime soon, according to her rep. The spokesperson tells People.com, "Heather Locklear and Jack Wagner are not engaged."

Locklear has previously been married to Motley Crue star Tommy Lee and Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora, the father of her 13-year-old daughter Ava.
