We were so lucky to catch Shakira filming her new video single "Loco" in Barcelona. The Columbian singer looked hot in a gold sequined bikini top and matching disco pants.

While filming her video over the summer, the singer got in trouble with Spanish authorities after dancing in a Barcelona fountain. She was joined by fans as she frolicked in the city's historic Pla de Palau fountain. However, the star failed to obtain a permit ahead of filming.

Apparently, her actions were deemed a violation of strict antisocial behavior laws. The video premiered last week.
