AJ Michalka attended the Los Angeles premiere of "Secretariat" at the El Capitan Theater in Los Angeles on Thursday in a bright, glittery gold dress.

AJ is one half of the singing duo Aly & AJ. Their full names are Alyson and Amanda Joy Michalka. The sisters showed a passion for singing and acting at a very young age - they started playing piano at age six and began acting classes soon after.

Aly currently stars in the CW series "Hellcats" while AJ stars in "Secretariat" and the upcoming films "Slow Moe," "Super 8" and "Renaissance Girl."

Over the summer a man who was arrested on suspicion of stalking the Disney stars pleaded not guilty.  He was taken into custody after he was allegedly found outside the gated community where the duo lives in Calabasas, California.
