Actor Eddie Cibrian's troubled marriage to Brandi Glanville is officially over - a Los Angeles judge has signed off on their divorce papers.

The former CSI: Miami star left Glanville last year after coming clean about his affair with singer/actress LeAnn Rimes. And Cibrian is now legally single - legal papers were filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Thursday declaring the end of their nine-year marriage, reports TMZ.com.

The ex-couple shares custody of its sons Mason, seven, and Jake, three. The actor has since moved in with Rimes, whose own divorce from dancer Dean Sheremet was finalized in June.
