Yoko Ono is convinced John Lennon would have loved the creation of the internet - because he "always jumped" on new technology.
The Beatles star, who was gunned down outside his home in New York City in 1980, would have turned 70 on October 9th.
And his widow is sad the late musician never saw the evolution of the web, which came about in the 1990s - as she's sure he would have loved the invention.
Ono tells Britain's The Andrew Marr Show, "I think he would have been going very strong and creative, still, and I think he would have been very interested in playing (on) the computer because he always jumped on some new media and that is a very interesting new media."
