The MTV Video Music Awards were rocking last night, and Lady Gaga took home eight awards, including "Best Female Video," "Best Pop Video" and the night's biggest accolade, "Video Of The Year."

Move over, Gaga, there's something even more important than your trophies -- the fashion!

The dominating theme of last night's event was black and white, which coincided nicely with the white carpet! Pop stars, reality stars, and actresses went short, sexy and strapless, although some bucked the trend with longer gowns.
