A glamorous looking Kelly Osbourne continued her transformation from ugly duckling to a beautiful swan at "Fashion's Night Out" on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills on Friday. She wore a frilly white halter top and black velvet pants. Keep up the good fashion choices, Kelly!

That same night she participated in the Stand Up 2 Cancer telethon. An all-star line-up of presenters, performers and phone operators gave up their time to help raise funds for cancer research charities and awareness about the killer disease.

Two weeks ago the reality TV star sizzled during her performance with the Pussycat Dolls at the Viper Room in West Hollywood. Kelly performed alongside the burlesque troupe, Carmen Electra and Mya in the invite-only show.
