Jimenez faced counts of burglary and trespassing and went on trial last year, where jurors found him guilty of the latter charge. They were left deadlocked on the more serious burglary allegation and a retrial took place this summer, resulting in the conviction of the accused on the second count in June.
Jimenez, who had protested his innocence, returned to Manhattan Supreme Court on Tuesday, when a judge handed him the four-year sentence.
Both Dunst and Pegg were called to testify in both trials.
